I started collecting diecasts about 9 months ago,
but no one ever warned me how far a toy hobby could go.
There are limited editions and then there are the FE's too;
5 packs, single packs, cases, lunchboxes and then I still ain't through.
I can not go to Wally World without at least taking a peek,
for resting on those might be the one I seek.
It's a never ending cylcle this hotwheel madness that has me,
there's nothing else quite like it; it is my life, you see.

Collecting brings back memories of toys left in the road,
thoughts of racing those Hotwheels from my childhood past.
If I could go back in time what a collection I would have;
I'd still have all those old redlines, but I'd leave them in the pack!
